Diploma awarding ceremony

With radiant smiles, gowns, and mortarboards in attendance, HEC Paris University calls upon Visual Creative every year to immortalize their graduation ceremony for students destined for promising careers.

Since 2018…

We are the official provider of souvenir photographs for HEC School during the graduation ceremony for students completing their academic journey. Our commitment to quality, efficiency, and professionalism is our guiding principle, aimed at providing the best possible experience for students and their families.

During these two intense days, between 3,000 and 5,000 students from around the world will have the honor of receiving their diploma. They will be delighted to be photographed and to be able to retrieve their photo on the same day.

Our meticulous organization ensures that each student receives personalized attention, thus capturing the very essence of this crucial stage in their educational journey. We take pride in playing a key role in creating lasting memories for these graduates and their loved ones.

Photo stations

Four photo booths are set up indoors to capture individual images of students, with their families or friends. The designated photography area is equipped with a backdrop featuring the colors and logo of HEC School, accompanied by top-of-the-line photographic equipment ensuring exceptional quality for photo prints.”

Outdoor

During the cocktail reception, we also set up 4 outdoor photo stations, creating an additional activity alongside the primary purpose of capturing images.

Points of sale

Five dedicated sales and advisory stations are also set up, staffed with bilingual English teams, to assist students and their families during the purchase of souvenir photos, while ensuring instant printing.

The photos are available in two formats

  • In printed version, accompanied by a personalized envelope featuring the distinctive colors of HEC School.
  • “In digital version, with the option to share the photos via a secure link.
